Coeliac Sanctuary started life back in 2014 after Alison, the owner, became ill and discovered gluten was the cause. Initially starting life as a project to help her back into work, it blossomed into a respected website and expanded in early 2017 to include a shop. They now produce Coeliac travel translation cards, wristbands and a recipe calendar.Alison blogs about new products available and places to eat that are safe for coeliacs. Check out the website.
All of their products are available on their website and on Etsy but they have also exhibited at food fairs all around the country including Birmingham and Lincoln and are exhibiting at Hereford in November.
