Gluten Free Flour Co Ltd

  • 1068

We make a new gluten free flour.

This fabulous flour is a lovely pale yellow colour from the maize we use. The maize along with the sorghum and rice are milled from the whole grain to preserve the minerals and vitamins. the tapioca and potato form the starch element.

There is no gritty bitter aftertaste you normally associate with conventional gluten free flour, just a clean smooth texture that has great mouth feel.

It is very finely milled to make  smooth batter and doughs for your gluten free baking either at home or in a commercial setting.

We have a range of free and paid for recipes, guides, courses and personalised training days. These are designed to help the complete novice get started or help an experienced bakery or manufacturing team transition to gluten free.
