Sara discovered she had to follow a gluten-free diet when her children were young and five years ago developed a milk intolerance.With children and grandchildren who also have various food allergies she has 20+ years experience in developing recipes and balancing nutrition that cater for a number or dietary requirements. Sara started as a gluten free baker, developing her recipes and making delicious sweet and savoury products that can be enjoyed by all. You can still find her on the first Sat of every month at Creake Abbey Farmers Market, Norfolk.
As qualified trainer in Food safety and Allergy Management for the hospitality business she works hard to raise awareness and educate focusing on making dining out a safer experience for all.She is an active member of her local Coeliac UK support group and the founder of Your Gluten Freedom. As a recipe developer she has a column in Feast Norfolk magazine featuring her gluten free recipes, good tasty food that everyone can enjoy whatever the dietary requirement.

Allergy Management workshops cover the new Regulations which came into effect in Dec 2014.
From 13 December 2014, the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation No. 1169/2011 requires food businesses to provide allergy information on food sold unpackaged, in for example catering outlets, deli counters, bakeries and sandwich bars.
Our workshops cover:

- What are the 14 registered allergens and where they may be hidden.
- Storage of & food preparation of Allergens.
- Cross contamination and consequences when not controlled.
